Job summary

AMERICAN SOCIETY OF ADDICTION MEDICINE INC is seeking a Manager, Education Grants & Programs to oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational initiatives for healthcare professionals addressing substance use disorders.

The role coordinates faculty, partners, and ASAM staff, ensures alignment with funder requirements, and manages LMS content, reporting, and dissemination across live and on-demand trainings. Travel 1–3 times yearly may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of project management experience.
• Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with LMS or CRM databases.
• Experience delivering live and on-demand trainings for medical education.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities.
• Track timelines, milestones, and progress with stakeholders.
• Monitor program performance using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Draft messaging and social media posts for dissemination.
• Manage LMS content, enrollment, and reporting.
• Prepare funder and partner progress reports.
• Support CE/accreditation guidelines and travel for trainings.
