Tufts Medicine in Boston seeks a professional contributor to coordinate projects from initiation to completion, liaising between project management, planning, the project team, and line management. This position provides high-quality program support to faculty, staff, and affiliated organizations, with emphasis on customer service, data handling, and process improvement.
This role focuses on managing operational aspects of ongoing projects from initiation through completion and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. In addition, it focuses on performing the following administration and project management duties: serving as a liaison between the general project management office and the team members engaging in planning, reviewing the status of projects and budgets, managing schedules, preparing status reports, and assessing project issues to develop resolutions that meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction. The role is a professional contributor that may direct lower‑level professionals or manage processes and programs. The majority of the time is spent overseeing the design, implementation, or delivery of processes, programs, and policies using specialized knowledge and skills typically acquired through advanced education. The position may also be an entry level role that applies broad theoretical knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
This position is responsible for providing project coordination to ensure high quality program delivery and excellent customer service and support to faculty, staff, and affiliated organizations.

Pay Range: $44,778.55 - $55,978.47
