Job summary

A.T. Still University's Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health (MOSDOH) on the Kirksville, MO campus is seeking a full-time, non-exempt Education Coordinator.

The role includes exam construction and facilitation, project coordination, and general administrative support, reporting to the Assistant Director Education. The Education Coordinator will manage exam processes, mapping projects, end-of-course evaluations, and data reports, while handling confidential information and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Education or Health Administration with experience in community outreach preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a university or health care professional institution strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in project management and/or curriculum design/assessment required.
• Excellent skills with Microsoft products required.
• Ability to work independently with advanced coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Polished written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the exam process for MOSDOH students including input, construction, facilitation, and student review sessions.
• Coordinate and manage the examination mapping project.
• Generate and facilitate end of course and instructor evaluations for all cohorts.
• Manage the electronic testing software and input assessments into the system.
• Produce assessment data and reports to support data-driven decision making.
• Assist in remediation of students related to exam retakes.
• Provide administrative support to the Education team and faculty.
• Assist with curriculum administration, scheduling, and coordination of visiting faculty.
• Support departmental activities and professional development for faculty.
