Job summary

A.T. Still University's Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health on the Kirksville campus is seeking a full-time, non-exempt Education Coordinator.

The role covers exam construction, facilitation, project coordination, and administrative support to the Education team, reporting to the Assistant Director Education. You will manage exam processes, coordinate mapping projects, generate course and instructor evaluations, maintain LMS content, and assist with curriculum administration and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Education or Health Administration with experience in community outreach preferred.
• One to two years of experience in a university or health care professional institution is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in project management and/or curriculum design/assessment is required.
• Excellent skills with Microsoft products are required.
• Advanced coordination skills and ability to work independently without step-by-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the exam process for MOSDOH students including input, construction, facilitation and review sessions.
• Coordinate and manage the examination mapping project.
• Generate, facilitate and distribute end-of-course and instructor evaluations for all cohorts.
• Manage the electronic testing software and input assessments into the LMS (Canvas).
• Produce and present summary reports to supervisor and committees.
