Job summary

The Kresge Foundation invites applications for a Program Officer for Education in Troy, Michigan. The role supports the design and implementation of a grantmaking program aimed at increasing postsecondary attainment in cities while closing equity gaps for low-income students and students of color.

You will work with the Education team, Grants Management, Communications, and Social Investment Practice, reporting to the Managing Director in a hybrid schedule with up to three remote days per week.

Qualifications

• Commitment to low-income people and social justice.
• Experience in grantmaking or education policy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and implementation of a national postsecondary attainment grantmaking program.
• Collaborate with Education team, Grants Management, Communications, and Social Investment Practice.
• Report to the Managing Director and support equity-focused education initiatives.
