Job summary

Jewish Federation & Foundation of Northeast Florida is seeking an Education Program Manager to lead and expand educational programming, strengthening understanding of Jewish life and combating antisemitism in Northeast Florida.

The role collaborates with schools, synagogues, and youth organizations to develop strategic partnerships and grow programs like Student to Student, Tribe Talk, Project Shema, and A Mitzvah A Day.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, program management, or community engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, partnerships, schedules, and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with middle/high school students or educators is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand educational programming for Jewish life and community understanding.
• Build partnerships with schools, educators, synagogues, and youth organizations across Northeast Florida.
• Lead and coordinate programs like Student to Student, Tribe Talk, Project Shema, and A Mitzvah A Day.
• Track participation, outcomes, and engagement to inform growth.
