Job summary

• Coordinate development of education programs.
• Recommend new programs and technology based on evaluation and needs assessment.
• Develop annual plan for community education aligned with strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and leaders to increase visibility of education programs.
• Maintain up-to-date information on the Web.
• Coordinate formative and summative evaluation of education programs.
• Aggregate data for trend analysis.
• Assist in implementation and tracking of improvements.
• Manage files and databases to ensure accurate records.
• Ensure reports are accurate and submitted timely.
• Maintain reporting and regulatory initiatives as assigned.
• Manage meeting planning.
• Assist in cost center operations and expenses.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities.
