Job summary

Alpha School is hiring an Education Program Manager to oversee Lead Guides, coach teams, and shape a new K-12 model across campuses. This full-time, on-site role requires relocation to Yonkers, NY (or nearby markets listed).

You will drive student outcomes through life-skills workshops, data-driven coaching, and building scalable programs while maintaining Alpha's uncompromising standards. The compensation is $200,000 USD per year with weekly pay via Crossover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people and making performance-based decisions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop real-world skills.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses with a culture of excellence.
