Education Pioneers invites graduate students to join the Summer Fellowship, a 10-week, project-based placement working with K-12 districts and education partners to address equity and student outcomes.

Fellows gain leadership development, supervision from experienced leaders, and become part of a nationwide EP Alumni network. A $10,000 stipend is provided before taxes and withholdings, supporting your commitment and impact.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time work experience (or 1 year if enrolled/grad degree).
• Commitment to Education Pioneers’ mission and values.
• Ability to complete 10 consecutive weeks and attend in-person events.

Responsibilities

• 10-week placement on a mission-critical project aligned with your background and skills.
• Supervision and management by an experienced leader.
• Engage with place-based partnerships to address systemic challenges.
