Education Pioneers invites graduates and professionals to join a 10-week Summer Fellowship addressing critical challenges in education. Fellows collaborate with K-12 districts and education partners on projects that advance equity and student outcomes.

Participants receive leadership development, access to a nationwide alumni network, and a $10,000 stipend before taxes, with opportunities to engage across systems beyond a single organization.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time work experience, or if enrolled or holding a graduate degree, 1 year of professional, full-time work experience.
• Commitment to Education Pioneers’ mission and values, and a passion for social impact.
• Commitment to the full program term, including completing 10 consecutive weeks and attending in-person convenings.
