Job summary

Carnegie Learning in the United States is seeking a Manager of School Partnerships to lead professional learning for K-12 educators. You will deliver workshops, provide on-site and job-embedded coaching, and promote fidelity and effectiveness of Literacy/ELA resources across assigned accounts.

Travel will be extensive (60–70% regionally). A Bachelor’s in Education is required, with 5+ years of Literacy/ELA teaching and proven coaching and workshop design experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education is required; Master’s degree in Education preferred.
• At least 5+ years of Literacy/ELA classroom teaching experience.
• Residence within specified states in the territory (AL, FL, GA, KS, KY, MO, OK, SC, TN).
• Experience mentoring and/or coaching others.
• Experience designing and delivering professional learning workshops.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional learning workshops, including initial implementation and academies.
• Provide job-embedded coaching cycles, demonstrations, co-teaching, and PLC facilitation.
• Design and customize professional learning workshops for partners.
• Identify risks to implementation and develop corrective action plans.
• Track partnership goals and data to inform Literacy/ELA implementation.
• Travel regionally 60–70% to serve partner accounts.
