Primrose School of Bedminster is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to lead and mentor teachers and staff, ensuring high-quality care and strong family partnerships. You will assist with hiring, enrollments, tours, and tours to showcase our Primrose curriculum.

You will help maintain classroom ratios, uphold licensing standards, and use technology to streamline operations, all while supporting the Director and Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a childcare or school team is required.
• Ability to hire, train and mentor teachers and staff.
• Strong communication with parents and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the Leadership Team and school staff.
• Assist with hiring and placement of teachers and staff.
• Engage with parents about child needs and school programs.
• Conduct tours and enroll new students.
• Ensure proper classroom staff-to-child ratios.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and state licensing.
