Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience which includes managing an annual budget; overseeing manpower support and/or hiring actions.
• Education: PhD or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. in Public Administration or Business Administration.
• OR Combination of Education and Experience may be used to qualify as long as the computed percentage of requirements is at least 100%.
• FOREIGN EDUCATION: If education completed abroad, show credentials have been evaluated as equivalent to U.S. education; or full credit given for courses by a U.S. accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, direct, and coordinate budget formulation, analysis, and execution.
• Coordinate with Headquarters to manage manpower support for the school.
• Manage facility, safety, and security programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Administer student registration, attendance, academic records maintenance, tuition status, and related processes.
• Manage school property and equipment.
• Prepare reports using the information management system for school administration and personnel.
• Oversee and support civilian personnel actions.
• Perform first line supervisory responsibilities over the support staff.

Education

PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in Public Administration or Business Administration
