In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support awareness, recruitment, enrollment, and engagement for Moody's on-campus programs. Working collaboratively with Admissions, academic leaders, and Marketing & Strategic Communications teams, you will help translate institutional priorities into compelling marketing campaigns that inspire the next generation of Christian leaders.

The Education Marketing Manager serves as a strategic marketing partner for assigned on-campus education programs, helping drive recruitment and enrollment goals through audience-centered, data-informed marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and ensuring alignment with Moody's brand, mission, and enrollment objectives.

Hybrid work arrangement with an expectation of working from the Moody office three days per week.
Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (38.75 hours per week).
Minimal travel required.
