Job summary

Moody Bible Institute is seeking a strategic Education Marketing Manager – On-Campus Programs in Chicago to lead integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, recruitment, enrollment, and engagement for Moody’s on-campus offerings.

You will collaborate with Admissions, academic leaders, and Marketing & Strategic Communications to translate priorities into compelling campaigns that connect prospective students with Moody’s biblical, education-centered mission.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of professional marketing experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Digital marketing and audience segmentation experience.
  • Experience using data and performance metrics to guide marketing decisions.
  • Strong strategic planning, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success building collaborative relationships across teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a strategic perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support awareness, lead generation, recruitment, enrollment, and yield goals.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner for assigned academic and enrollment stakeholders, translating priorities into actionable campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Admissions to support recruitment strategies and optimize the prospective student journey.
  • Create audience-focused messaging and campaigns for prospective students and key influencers, including parents, pastors, churches, alumni, and other constituents.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing efforts across creative, digital marketing, social media, web, video, communications, radio, CRM/email, and Business Intelligence teams.
  • Analyze market research, enrollment data, audience insights, and campaign performance to identify opportunities and improve results.
  • Oversee development of marketing and recruitment materials while ensuring consistency with Moody's brand standards.
  • Support digital and web strategies to ensure program content remains current, engaging, and aligned with recruitment priorities.
  • Manage assigned budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring resources are used effectively to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Identify and develop student, faculty, alumni, and program stories that demonstrate the distinct value of a Moody education.
  • Support key recruitment events and institutional initiatives through coordinated marketing and communications efforts.
  • Stay informed of higher education marketing trends, audience behaviors, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Moody Bible Institute is seeking a strategic, audience-focused Education Marketing Manager – On-Campus Programs to help connect prospective students with life-changing educational opportunities grounded in biblical truth. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support awareness, recruitment, enrollment, and engagement for Moody's on-campus programs. Working collaboratively with Admissions, academic leaders, and Marketing & Strategic Communications teams, you will help translate institutional priorities into compelling marketing campaigns that inspire the next generation of Christian leaders.

The Opportunity

The Education Marketing Manager serves as a strategic marketing partner for assigned on-campus education programs, helping drive recruitment and enrollment goals through audience-centered, data-informed marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and ensuring alignment with Moody's brand, mission, and enrollment objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Hybrid work arrangement with an expectation of working from the Moody office three days per week.
  • Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (38.75 hours per week).
