Off the stage, Alliance Theatre is dedicated to education and community engagement. Through performances, classes, camps, in‑school initiatives, online programs, and more, Alliance Theatre reaches over 90,000 students and community members annually. The Education Marketing Coordinator develops and executes marketing initiatives that build awareness, engagement, and participation in Alliance Theatre’s education programs, Bernhardt Theatre for the Very Young productions, and Youth & Families productions. Working at the intersection of arts education, audience development, and marketing, this position creates compelling content and coordinated campaigns across email, web, social media, advertising, and other channels. The Coordinator reports to the Head of Education Advancement and collaborates closely with colleagues across Education and Marketing & Communications to ensure that campaigns are accurate, timely, audience‑centered, and aligned with organizational goals.

Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends. This position follows a hybrid work model. Regular on-site presence is required to support productions, education programs, meetings, events, and content creation activities. Employees may work remotely 1-2 days per week, subject to departmental needs and supervisor approval.
