Qualifications

• Experience representing New Jersey public school districts preferred.
• Strong advocacy and writing skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent New Jersey public school districts in labor, employment and general education matters.
• Engage in advocacy, negotiation and problem solving for school clients and stakeholders.
• Draft memoranda, position statements, opinions, board policies and other documents.
• Attend Board of Education meetings.
• Attend Administrative hearings/arbitrations.
