Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer or information science or related field.
Minimum two years in a technology support role; education setting preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft O365 solutions, specifically Teams and SharePoint.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to adapt to a fluid work environment.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2/3 technology support for JCN at CHE Center Valley.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computing equipment and learning technologies.
Troubleshoot printers, AV, WiFi, mobile devices and classroom tech.
Liaise between faculty, IS&T, and Academic Commons to resolve issues.
Collaborate with Academic Strategy team; deliver excellent service.
