Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CT, instructional tech, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of four years' experience with database applications, preferably in an educational setting.
• Ability to manage projects, manipulate data, ensure data quality, document requirements, user procedures and train users.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL and Oracle.
• Working knowledge of virtualization (VMWare or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of IT operations practices including security, storage, data protection and disaster recovery.
• Ability to use remote software to assist with troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Must meet legal/health requirements including criminal history background check.
