Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support for software, hardware, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
• Resolve connectivity and operational barriers for network peripherals.
• Analyze and resolve Level 1 technical support tickets.
• Conduct timely field-support dispatches to schools.
