• Establishes and maintains schedules for equipment utilization in the computer center.
• Ensures computers operate correctly; coordinates repairs as needed.
• Supervises, trains and assists employees operating computers and software.
• Installs or arranges installation of new computer hardware and software.
• Collaborates with district leaders to determine new applications and resolve issues with existing ones.
• Instructs staff on production procedures, priorities and controls to meet departmental needs.
• Orders computer equipment and supplies; prepares records and reports.
