• Arrives promptly including time for room and audiovisual preparation.
• Comes well prepared to teach each session.

Job Description

Responsible for the education of specific audience as related to specialty. Responsible to teach/instruct using appropriate and approved curriculum for specific audience.

• Pay Rate: Depending on experience
• Shift Details: PRN position. This PRN position will teach classes when needed. The PRN instructor works with the training center coordinator to schedule the classes so they will have a lot of control of what classes they teach.
• Location: On-site at Logan Regional Hospital
• Additional Details: This position will specifically teach BLS (Basic Life Support) Classes at Logan Regional Hospital. Experience teaching ALS (Advanced Life Support) or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) classes would be a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to instruct others.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Six months previous healthcare field experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• BLS Certification
• Childbirth Educator Instructor Certification
• First Aid Instructor Certification
• Fitness Instructor Certification
