Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license (or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont).
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) preferred.
• Completion of an Infection Preventionist Certificate (can be completed upon hire).
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing or healthcare.
• Prior experience in education and/or infection prevention strongly preferred.

In this key leadership role, you’ll design and implement engaging educational programs, mentor nursing staff, and ensure our team provides the highest quality care.
