Job summary

The Straz Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Tampa seeks a Manager of Education Finance to join our Finance team. This role partners with the Patel Conservatory, overseeing education accounting, budgeting, tuition administration, and enrollment reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years of finance, accounting, or FP&A experience.
• 3–5 years in financial analysis or school tuition accounting.
• Strong Excel with pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with ASAP, Tessitura, or Financial Edge NXT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Education financial operations and reporting.
• Lead annual Patel Conservatory budget development and management.
• Forecast enrollment-driven revenue and expenses for educational programs.
• Manage tuition administration, scholarships, and donor reporting.
• Support grants, restricted funds, and compliance reporting.
