Job summary

Southern Careers Institute (SCI) is seeking a Director of Education to join our growing Central Texas campuses. Relocation reimbursement package offered. You will manage the Education Department staff and faculty, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory agency requirements.

The role focuses on driving student retention, assisting with faculty hiring and training, and providing reports to the School Director across SCI's eight Texas campuses and online programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is required.
• Significant teaching/administration experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Education Department staff and faculty at the campus.
• Ensure compliance with campus policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive student retention objectives and efforts.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of faculty.
• Provide required reports to the School Director.
