Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for our Community Studio in Newport Beach, CA.

The role focuses on managing education projects (K-12 and higher ed) from start to finish, coordinating clients and design teams, and delivering high-quality results. The candidate should have 8+ years in design with 3+ years in PM, a CA license or track, and strong skills in Revit, SketchUp, and presentation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of professional design experience; 3+ years of project management experience.
• CA Architectural license preferred or on registration track.
• Experience creating and developing overall design concepts and formulating design presentation strategies with understanding of multiple project typologies.
• An emphasis on California schools and higher education projects involving DSA required.
• Strong organization, communication and presentation skills are a must; and
• Proficiency in Revit; SketchUp, and programs used to prepare presentation documents such as PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage education projects from beginning to end.
• You will have primary client relationship duties. Work with Principal and Sr. Designers to achieve client goals.
• Your focus will be on Project Management for an ongoing body of work.
• Manage support staff and consultants to produce and execute extraordinary work.
• You’ll be responsible for client interaction, proposal writing, budget and schedule management, team coordination, consultant coordination and quality control.
• Your work will include a variety of tasks including some design, production and construction administration responsibilities.
• Some travel will be required.
