Qualifications

• Three years of experience in data management; OR six years of full-time work experience in any field; OR a bachelor's degree.
• EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains data collection standard operating procedures
• Hosts critical support 1:1 meetings
• Maintains accurate documentation of support and communication
• Facilitates professional learning opportunities for internal and external stakeholders
• Creates and maintains user guides, newsletters, and webinar decks
• Serves as a subject matter expert on Agency data systems
• Designs analytical methods and creates reports for internal stakeholders
• Promotes cross-team collaboration through knowledge sharing
• Supports the field through system support tickets
• Conducts targeted phone calls to support assigned district stakeholders
