Qualifications

• Experience using analytic software in student information or educational management systems.
• Ability to write complex queries and reports for mandated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Writes complex queries to extract data from multiple databases and prepares reports for local, state, and federal agencies.
• Analyzes complex data sets to support ad hoc information requests.
• Develops ad hoc and regular reports, dashboards, and graphs to aid decision-makers.
• Ensures data submissions to external agencies meet applicable laws and deadlines.
• Trains staff on specialized reporting systems and maintains documentation for data retrieval processes.
• Collaborates with District personnel to improve workflows and reporting requirements.
