Qualifications

• Experience in systems analysis, project coordination or data management.
• At least two years SAS programming experience.
• Documentation of technical/non-technical materials.
• Knowledge of database principles and data quality practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement IT systems and applications.
• Write and execute SQL queries and SAS data analysis.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and specs.
• Participate in design, development, testing, and deployment of enhancements.
• Review specifications to align with business needs.
• Analyze and validate data for accuracy and reliability.
• Design/improve database structures and procedures.
• Create and update technical documentation and specs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partner agencies.
