Adventist Health Bakersfield is seeking a Staff Education Coordinator to organize educational opportunities that advance clinical and professional expertise.
You will act as an educational and clinical resource to the care delivery team, manage HealthStream activities, schedule classes, and maintain education records. This role supports compliance and staff development within a busy hospital education department.

Provides office coordination for the Staff Education department. Organizes educational opportunities that advance the clinical and professional expertise of staff. Applies substantial knowledge and experience to perform a wide range of advanced activities and/or determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals; serves as working supervisor for team or work group. Coordinates small program(s) with limited budget/impact.

Pay Range : The estimated base pay for this position is $25.00 to $31.36. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
