Job summary

GradePower Learning Largo is seeking an Education Coordinator to manage curriculum, support the Center Director, and engage with teachers, parents, and students. This in-person role requires strong organizational skills and a passion for helping children succeed.

You will coordinate schedules, monitor learning programs, and maintain active communication with families, while promoting GradePower Learning’s teaching philosophy and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in business or education is an asset.
• Sales or management experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage curriculum facets and assist Center Director in staffing.
• Build relationships with teachers, parents, and students.
• Inform parents about GradePower programs.
• Organize schedules for students and staff.
• Evaluate student cognitive and educational competencies.
• Ensure learning programs are executed effectively.
• Maintain contact with parents to discuss progress.
