Job summary

The Vanguard Group is seeking a Team Leader for Education Consulting Services in Malvern, PA. You will guide a distributed team delivering in-person and virtual education to retirement plan participants, ensuring high-quality interactions across channels.

The role emphasizes coaching, strategic partner collaboration, and evidence-based improvements to engagement strategies, with travel and licensing requirements to support institutional relationships.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of related experience in financial services, retirement, education, or client service.
• Experience leading hybrid and geographically distributed teams with strong executive presence.
• Series 7, 63, 65/66 & 24 licenses required or to be obtained upon entering the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a hybrid team of consultants delivering in-person and virtual education for retirement plan participants.
• Set clear performance expectations and foster accountability and inclusive culture through coaching and feedback.
• Partner with engagement coaches to strengthen consultative skills, presentation effectiveness, and product fluency.
• Collaborate with client teams to shape sponsor engagement strategies aligning education to client priorities.
• Translate insights into staffing, capacity, scheduling, travel, resources and budget across a distributed team.
• Identify trends from insights to measure impact and evolve the service model and delivery strategy.
• Maintain knowledge of Vanguard funds and regulatory considerations to supervise and manage risk.
