• Experience in organizing, membership recruitment, leadership development, community engagement, or advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership development opportunities and resources for constituencies (EdRising, Aspiring Ed, Retired Committee, ESP).
• Conduct outreach, recruitment, and organizing activities via meetings, events, calls, and digital communications.
• Coordinate organizing strategies with UniServ staff and track goals and participation.
• Serve as staff liaison to specified constituencies and support chapter development and engagement.
• Communicate with committees, program leaders, and volunteers; assist in annual planning and goal setting.
