Qualifications

• Experience administering student financial aid, scholarships, or school choice programs.
• Experience auditing financial records, multi-source funding streams, or enforcing regulatory guidelines.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors or software developers to build data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily administration and data collection for the Tuition Donation Credit (TDC) Program.
• Audit stacked scholarship awards for dual-funding compliance and tuition limits.
• Serve as main contact for School Tuition Organizations regarding reporting and tax credits.
• Coordinate with database developers to design user-friendly data portals.
• Coordinate cross-department communications across data analytics, operations, and financial services.
• Develop and maintain a library of program guides and policy texts for schools and families.
• Prepare weekly newsletters and monthly informational calls.
