The Delaware Contemporary in Wilmington, DE is seeking an Education & Community Programs Manager to lead educational initiatives, community engagement, and external partnerships. You will develop accessible, mission-driven programs that expand audiences and strengthen relationships with schools and community organizations.

The Education & Community Programs Manager leads The Delaware Contemporary’s educational initiatives, community engagement, and external partnerships. This position develops accessible, mission-driven programs that expand audiences, strengthen relationships with schools and community organizations, and create meaningful opportunities for engagement with contemporary art.
The Manager oversees educational programming, tours, workshops, teaching artists, and community-based initiatives while collaborating across museum departments to support institutional goals, audience development, and sustainable program growth.
Increase participation in educational programs.
Develop and maintain strategic community partnerships.
Meet annual participation and engagement goals.
Demonstrate measurable program outcomes using attendance and participant feedback.
Support membership growth through educational engagement.
Performance goals and measurable outcomes will be established annually in collaboration with the employee's supervisor and aligned with the museum's strategic plan. The Education & Community Programs Manager may be required to perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director to support the operational needs, programs, and mission of The Delaware Contemporary.
