C2 Education in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a dedicated Center Director candidate to learn all aspects of center operations, sales, marketing, and educational leadership while overseeing tutoring for K-12 and AP programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in education or leadership is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and train with experienced Center Directors to learn operations, sales, marketing, and financial management.
• Learn and implement C2 Education's curriculum, teaching methodologies, and student assessment procedures.
• Develop strong communication with students, parents, teachers, and staff.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities including lead generation and enrollments.
• Assist with center staff management, scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
• Adhere to policies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Contribute to achieving student performance goals and business targets.
• Engage in professional development to enhance education and management skills.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective families and community partners.
• Manage student schedules and provide progress updates to parents.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as record keeping, data entry, and inventory.
