You will collaborate with schools and communities, supervise instructors and admins, and ensure adherence to curriculum standards. Flexibility to manage after-school sessions is expected.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as Center Director or in a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing and leading a team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed enrollment and revenue targets.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and students.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Center to ensure a smooth learning environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment targets and revenue goals.
• Manage and develop center staff, including instructors and administrative personnel.
• Conduct student assessments and develop personalized learning plans.
• Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding progress and updates.
• Manage center finances, budgeting, expenses, and revenue reporting.
• Ensure adherence to curriculum standards, policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive, supportive learning environment and student engagement.
• Build relationships with local schools and community organizations to promote programs.
• Stay current on educational trends and best practices to ensure quality instruction.
• Manage student scheduling and optimize classroom utilization.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate student records and data.
• Collaborate with other center directors and regional management.
