C2 Education is seeking a Center Director to lead our Houston-area center, driving student enrollment, managing staff, and ensuring operational excellence. You will oversee finances, maintain program quality, and build partnerships with schools and families to support student achievement.

The role requires strategic leadership, a focus on revenue targets, and a commitment to a positive learning environment across after-school sessions and weekend programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Center Director or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading a team and achieving enrollment and revenue targets.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build positive relationships with parents, staff, and students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Center for a smooth learning environment.
• Develop strategies to achieve enrollment targets and revenue goals.
• Manage and develop center staff including instructors and administration.
• Conduct student assessments and create personalized learning plans.
• Maintain communication with parents/guardians on student progress and center updates.
• Manage center finances, budgeting, expenses, and revenue reporting.
• Ensure adherence to curriculum standards, policies, and procedures.
• Foster a positive, supportive learning environment and student engagement.
• Build relationships with local schools and community organizations to promote programs.
• Stay updated on educational trends to ensure high-quality instruction.
• Schedule student sessions and optimize classroom utilization.
• Handle inquiries from students and parents and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate student records and data; collaborate with other directors.
