Job summary

Bancroft is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Early Education Program in Moorestown, NJ. This full-time, in-person role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement behavior plans for children with developmental disabilities and autism.

You will conduct assessments, supervise staff, and contribute to clinical research while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Active NJ licensure in behavior analysis is required.
• Two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred; management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of behavior plans including functional behavior assessment/analysis and preference assessments.
• Performs ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.
• Identifies training needs and conducts trainings for staff to implement behavior plans.
• Conducts/oversees screening admissions, intake, transitions, and discharge processes.
• Leads clinical case review meetings to discuss client needs and data.
• Serves as a behavior analysis expert to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
• Presents research to internal and external audiences.
• Acts as a clinical supervisor, providing ABA and training to Behavior Support Specialists.

Education

Location: Moorestown, NJ. Employment Type: Exempt/Full Time In Person. Department: Early Education School

Salary Range: $80,316.60 - $94,166.80 based on years of experience as a BCBA.

We are looking for a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) for our Early Education Program in Moorestown, NJ. The Early Education Program educates students with developmental disabilities and autism from early childhood through the age of 11. The IEP team consists of behavior analysts, special education teachers, OT, PT, social work, and speech therapists who work in concert in delivering a program which fosters educational opportunities and reduces barriers to learning. The Licensed behavior analyst works closely with the classroom through a consultative model to conduct assessments, develop classroom motivation systems, and individual student behavior plans. This position will provide both direct and indirect (non-mandated) services to the students on their caseload, as well as training opportunities for classroom staff.

• Engages in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.
• Identifies training needs and develops and conducts those trainings to ensure the ongoing knowledge and ability to effectively implement behavior plans.
• Conducts/oversees team screening admission evaluations and intake assessments; oversees the admission, transition, and discharge processes.
• Coordinates and leads clinical case review meetings (rounds) to ensure proper data review and discussion of the needs of persons' served.
• Serves as a behavior analysis expert to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
• Conducts and presents research to internal and external audiences.
• Serves as a clinical supervisor, implementing ABA themselves but also, training and directly supervising Behavior Support Specialists.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, plus a minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, required.
• BCBA certification required. *New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis is required.
• Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development is highly preferred. Prior management experience is also preferred.

*Though NJ licensure is a requirement, candidates with an active BCBA certification may be eligible to interview.
