Bancroft in Mt. Laurel, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Children's Community program. This in-person, exempt full-time role leads behavior plan development, data-driven treatment, and supervision of Behavior Support Specialists within an interdisciplinary team.
The BCBA will conduct functional assessments, coordinate admissions and rounds, and contribute to research and training under evidence-based ABA practices. NJ licensure and BCBA certification required.

Bancroft is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence; a team of approximately 50 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs/BCBA-Ds) providing services across our organization. We work together to treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like‑minded clinicians.
We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), for our children's community program in Mt. Laurel NJ. The community residential treatment program includes an interdisciplinary approach to care, rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis. The BCBA will be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team that includes nursing, psychiatry, and operational support. The BCBA will direct the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, along with skill acquisition components of treatment within this framework. The BCBA serves in a leadership and supervisory role, managing Behavior Support Specialists (often LBAs in training) while also conducting direct clinical work.
*Though NJ licensure is a requirement, candidates with an active BCBA certification may be eligible to interview.
