Cedarcrest is seeking an Education Assistant/LNA to support students with educational activities and medical needs in a classroom setting in Keene, New Hampshire. You will work closely with teachers, nursing staff, and therapists to create a safe, engaging learning environment and help students participate in daily activities.

The position requires an active LNA license or enrollment in Cedarcrest’s LNA program, plus a preference for an associate degree in Education, PTA, or OTA or equivalent

Qualifications

• LNA licensure required or willing to enroll in Cedarcrest program.
• Paraprofessional certification preferred.
• Associate degree in Education, PTA, or OTA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist classroom teacher with implementing educational programs.
• Support students with personal care, mealtime, and routines.
• Monitor student responses and document progress notes.
• Assist with medical needs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide on-floor LNA coverage during holidays as scheduled.
