Job summary

Qualifications

• Some college degree preferred with focus on education or related experience.

• Ability to follow behavior plans and procedures.
• Ability to work well with students, staff and parents in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assists the teacher with instruction support, student monitoring and material organization.
• Assists students during transitions and supervises class activities.
• Supervises students during drills, assemblies, field trips, and instructional activities.
• Ensures the learning environment is clean and safe and reports observations to the lead teacher.
