Analyzes departmental processes for the purpose of implementing enhanced system functionality. Assists in identifying problem causes, designing solutions, modifying the application or process, testing, implementation and documentation of the solution. Responsible for developing and maintaining an education program for new and current revenue cycle employees, which may include systems and process training. Responsible for assisting management with the development of audit tools and processes and may also assist in the development of corrective action plans as needed.
