Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, or Business Administration with four years of experience as a teacher and/or program administrator; substitution by related education/experience totaling eight years may apply.
  • Experience administering and evaluating federal programs and delivering professional development for adult learners.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to provide instructional leadership and guidance to districts and schools.
  • Travel across the state and valid New Mexico driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide appropriate support, technical assistance, and customer service to districts, state charter schools, and state agencies.
  • Prepares and disseminates informational resources to districts, state charter schools, and state agencies.
  • Data analysis, program evaluation, and monitoring via desktop and on-site visits across the state.
