Job summary

Yondr is redefining learning spaces by going phone-free, enabling deeper focus and engagement. The Account Executive, Education builds partnerships with K-12 schools and districts, driving new business and guiding customers through the full sales cycle.

Reporting to Education Sales leadership, you will deliver tailored solutions that improve student engagement while traveling up to 60% to meet with administrators and district leaders across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development.
• Ability to travel up to 60% for meetings, conferences, and BD activities.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategy to win K-12 school opportunities.
• Build a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking.
• Conduct in-person/virtual meetings with school admins and decision-makers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnerships with customers.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, and AM teams for onboarding.
• Represent Yondr at conferences and events to generate opportunities.
