IXL Learning is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support early-stage hiring and screening for language tutor roles in Raleigh, NC. You will review applications, set criteria with recruiters, and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Blending attention to detail with strong communication, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and help calibrate profiles with hiring managers while maintaining accurate records in Greenhouse ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to review and evaluate candidate profiles.
• Experience screening candidate resumes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse) a plus.
• Interest in education and technology.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound applications and evaluate qualifications against defined criteria to identify top candidates.
• Participate in kickoff meetings with recruiters and hiring managers to align on ideal profiles and screening criteria.
• Collaborate with recruiting team members and hiring managers to understand evolving business needs and calibrate candidate profiles.
• Recruit for language tutor positions, ensuring a positive experience for candidates from application to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS.
