The role spans visual design, video production, HTML/CSS formatting, basic JavaScript, and collaboration with Learning Designers and subject matter experts. You’ll leverage AI tools to enhance video and audio, while managing projects to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Translate manuscripts into online-friendly formats following style guidelines.
• Create multimedia elements including illustrations, interactive components and games.
• Develop video from concept to completion, scripting and storyboarding.
• Apply HTML/CSS formatting to classroom content and ensure accessibility across devices.

Responsibilities

• Own technical aspects of content design, programming, and delivery.
• Convert course manuscripts into HTML/CSS format aligned with high-quality standards.
• Use basic JavaScript for interactivity within the learning platform.
• Collaborate with Learning Designers and SMEs to plan and execute design projects.
• Oversee and train content development vendors on internal processes and tools.
