Job summary

Good Samaritan University Hospital, part of Catholic Health on Long Island, seeks an EDTA to provide bedside patient care in the Emergency Room as part of the care team.

Requirements include high school diploma, phlebotomy and EKG certifications or equivalent acute care experience, hospital setting exposure, Nursing Assistant/Medical Assistant certification, and BLS from the American Heart Association. Salary ranges hourly; benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications in phlebotomy and EKG highly preferred or equivalent experience of at least one year working in an acute care setting.
• Previous experience working in a hospital setting.
• Nursing Assistant/Medical Assistant certification and experience required.
• BLS - Must be from American Heart Association.

Salary Range

USD $27.75 - USD $36.08 /Hr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
