Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of applicable experience.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records).
• Leadership/people management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the engineering technology and digital delivery strategy for EDS.
• Lead BIM and model-based delivery adoption and standards.
• Develop governance for digital delivery execution and metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive digital engineering capabilities.
• Mentor and lead EDS professionals across the organization.
