Zusammenfassung

Black & Veatch is seeking an Engineering & Delivery Solutions (EDS) Design Technology Leader to define and advance engineering technology and digital delivery strategy across the lifecycle. You will drive BIM adoption, model-based delivery, design automation, and standardization to improve quality and productivity.

As a strategic leader, you will partner with BTS, D&IT, Operations, and Solutions teams to build scalable digital delivery capabilities while aligning with enterprise standards

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
12+ years of applicable experience.
Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, MVR).

Aufgaben

Develop and maintain the engineering technology and digital delivery strategy for EDS.
Establish multi-year roadmaps for project delivery capabilities, technologies, and standards.
Identify opportunities to improve project execution through digital processes and emerging technologies.
Align technology delivery priorities with business objectives, client expectations, and industry trends.
Lead the adoption and maturation of BIM and model-based engineering practices.
Establish standards for model development, utilization, and lifecycle management.
Ensure models are effectively leveraged throughout design, procurement, construction, and handover activities.
Promote model-centric workflows that improve collaboration and project outcomes.
Assist Engineering Excellence with engineering technology standards, workflows, and best practices.
Support standardization that improves efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Promote the integration of design automation and engineering productivity solutions.
Collaborate with AI, automation, and technology teams to modernize engineering workflows.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve design efficiency.
